Mission description

Increase the current market shares of the company by pursuing the business strategy defined by General Management.

Develop and diversify the clients' portfolio
- Retain and optimise the existing client portfolio
- Acquire new customers / traffics
- Promote current / new commercial offers
- Answer to Operational Staff in agreement with General Management and the sales department
- Advise customers and/or potential customers on the appropriate transport offer according to their imperatives/needs and suggest alternative solutions (if applicable).

Coordinate information between the various stakeholders
- Transmit the commercial files to the appropriate Commercial Services and specify the arrangements concluded with the customer and the specific operational procedures
- Exchange the commercial information with the Bolloré Group network
- Transmit the information to the Financial Services.

Follow-up and manage the financial risks and the budgetary targets
- Monitor the customers' solvability in conjunction with the financial services
- Draft commercial contracts according to the applicable laws, if needed in conjunction with the legal department
- Estimate risks / losses following a dispute, in collaboration with the Legal & Financial Services
- Recover debts according to the applicable laws
- Follow-up, in conjunction with the line manager, on the customers' accounts profitability
- For the annual budgetary period, establish a personal objectives table, in conjunction with the line manager

Report / provide information
- Develop a commercial action plan in conjunction with the hierarchy
- Fill in the reporting program
- Attend the internal meetings set by the hierarchy
- Analyse the own individual performance in conjunction with the hierarchy



Mandatory: very good level of English & German
Ideally good knowledge of the local Business Network
