Mission description

Clear client shipments and ensure merchandise is delivered. Respond to clients' inquiries regarding customs clearance and follow up.


• Preparation, customs clearance, and classification of air, ocean, and ground shipments.
• Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document.
• Ensure the delivery of merchandise.
• Comply with the laws and regulations of the different governments and the ISO standards set out by the company.
• Resource person for clients regarding customs procedures .
• Communicate with different stakeholders in an effort to offer superior service.
• Present innovative solutions to clients.
• Communicate, without delay, pertinent information and issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.



A diploma in collegiate studies or equivalent in studies and 3 to 5 years of experience in customs clearance is required.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); fluency in English both orally and written; ability to communicate clearly; ability to manage stress; attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
