Key Account Manager

Mission description

Our team is looking for a Key Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in South Korea. The Key Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

-Participate local and global tender based on the cooperation with Operation team and procurement team, suppliers and local and regional tender desk
-Understand contract condition of assigned global accounts and efficient management in all aspects within the contract and agreement in HQ level.
-Implement new biz and contract with proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by coordination with relevant department and stakeholder
-Cooperation with network and local operation team to provide reliable service to customer also considering profitability.
-Perform as a communicator with local and Regional team and network to make the global contract and instruction harmonized with local needs
-Perform as a troubleshooter and serve to remove the friction between network, regional and customer
-Perform the activities for customer satisfaction by setting up Business Review based on the requested or suggesting Key performance indicator and the solutions such as LINK, PO management, E-billing, E-booking, etc.
- Organize regular visit to existing Group Key Accounts and prospects
- Generate offers / quotations to potential invisible lanes off existing Key Accounts.
- Teamwork with Global Account team members and communicate leads requiring a sales action with the network.



- 7/10 years of working experience in Freight-forwarding
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
