Mission description

Mission: Guarantee the deployment of the global business solutions offer (IS solutions) among the customers, within their Region or business area, in accordance with the needs and objectives of Bolloré Logistics.

A. Team management
A1. Design CBS staffing plan for the Region and manage appointment process of new CBS and/or expert CBS
A2. Build and manage CBS integration plan (including on boarding, presentations, visits and appropriate trainings)
A3. Manage skills and expertise of CBS in the Region (availability and quality) and drive talent management plans (trainings, learnings, projects)
A4. Set annual objectives and evaluate CBS performance, skills and expertise on regular basis
A5. Design and manage CBS personal career plan in the Region
B. Delivery management
B1. Follow pipe of CBS projects in the Region and ensure expertise and capacity
availability according to the business needs
B2. Supervise and control CBS activities in the Region and ensure best practices
B3. Validate CBS deliverables (requirements, presentations, trainings, specifications, implementation planning, SOP)
C. CBS expertise
C1. Act as CBS on major and/or strategic accounts (commercialization, design offer, implementation)
C2. Animate Region network to map out CBS new ideas relating to our internal tools evaluation (organize workshops, etc.)
C3. Consolidate Region ideas relating to internal tools evolution and share with MIS (Management Information Systems)
C4. Contribute to the elaboration of MIS Business Solutions Roadmap
D. Reporting
D1. Report CBS activity, projects status and review pipe of upcoming projects to Region management
D2. Report CBS activity, projects status and review pipe of upcoming projects to MIS
D3. Alert and inform Management on critical issues within CBS perimeter
E. Community networking and communication
E1. Lead and animate CBS Region network
E2. Coordinate with the other Heads of CBS the animation of the CBS worldwide
E3. Ensure communication between CBS network and Region functions
E4. Act as key interlocutor between CBS network and MIS
E5. Share information and vision from committees, roadmap, etc. with CBS within the Region
E6. Organize webinars to exchange with the other worldwide CBS on best practices



-Min. 6 years of experience in a similar role with people management experience
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
