Mission description

Responsibility
• Operation Management
o Manage a smooth operation process flow by identifying priorities while improve productivities
o To ensure data accuracy through WMS/EDI, and able to fix any error(s) by working with regional IT if needed
o Create and review SOP and WI for operation excellence and productivity improvement
o Participate customers' periodical operation review meetings, and monitor KPI fulfillment
• Performance Management
o Warehouse operation cost control
o Vendor's performance supervision and review, incl. various trucking vendors, manpower agencies, etc
o Bases on productivity and volume, determine manpower allocation and input labor hours
• Human Resource management
o Build and Lead a strong team though mentorship, brainstorming, training, and internal job rotation
o Identify individual team member's performance for career development and promotion opportunities
o In compliance with any policies which announced by company in terms of General Administration, Finance, QA and cross function departments' work.
• Warehouse Site and QHSE Management
o Responsible for warehouse site's safety and security maintained.
o Through the risk management to minimize the incident exposed and prevent any damage loss or missing.
o Implementation & monitor warehouse QHSE to comply with BLX QHSE policies, HSE report & achieve its annual KPI target

 

Profile

Education (academic/professional)
• College Degree or Above
Years of relevant experience (local, regional, global, technical/specialized etc.)
• At least 5 years experiences in logistics, including 3 years of management role
Competencies (knowledge, skills and Capabilities)
• Profession in 3rd party logistics services
• Strong knowledge of WMS operation, warehouse layout optimization, and manpower allocation
• Great management skills, incl. leadership, decision-making, problem solving skills, team building
• CRM, customer relation management and presentation skills
• English skills – fluent in reading and writing, and strong MS applications- Word, Excel. PowerPoint
