Job Purpose:
• To make every client feel that they are Bolloré's only client through exceptional service
• Add value to our services and provide the teams with the skills and knowledge to serve Bolloré clients
• Be Fully Multimodal - Air Imports, Air Cross Trade, Road Imports, Road Cross Trade, Rail Imports & Rail Cross Trade



Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Planning and arrangement of international consignments according to client instructions and requirements
• Take financial responsibility for both costs and revenue
• Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the site department to ensure consistent and uninterrupted service to the client and their customers
• Communicate daily on deviations to the transport plan put in place with the client
• Customer service is paramount and relationship building is essential from day one, this to be provided through phone and e-mail communications
• Ensure that any delivery transportation requirements of the end customer are met
• Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently
• Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the department to ensure consistent and uninterrupted service to the client and their customers
• Conduct cross training within the team
• Provide professional handling of any Customer complaints
• Maintain mailboxes under your control
• To operate within a multifunctional team and to compliment the offering of client solutions
• Ensure that we effectively and timeously communicate the 5 key stages to our clients
• GDP training to be completed as detailed in the GDP training matrix
• Any other delegated tasks as deemed reasonable as assigned by the reporting superior

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of Airfreight/Sea freight/Road freight- inbound, outbound and cross trade.
• Knowledge of and understanding of our verticals Healthcare and Aerospace
• Good ICT skills
• Confident presentation and ability to be client facing
• Good communication skills, booth verbal & written
• Friendly, calm and professional manner
• Accustomed to working to fixed deadlines and under pressure
• Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated
• Well organized with the ability to work closely with internal departments
• Flexible working hours may be required during busy periods
