PRICING ANALYST OCEAN FREIGHT

Fulltime – Permanent

Mississauga, ON, Canada

Bollore Logistics is looking to add a full time Pricing Analyst to its growing team in Mississauga, ON! We are looking for a dynamic individual to develop their career in logistics.

Responsibilities:

To create rates for the sea freight department within the required deadlines and to the satisfaction of both Bolloré Logistics and our clients. Act as a liaison for the clients, agents and sales executives.

Responsibilities:

Build rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients (both internal and external)
Process requests within the established timeframe.
Look at different transport possibilities with shipping companies, trucking companies, and agents from the group and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
Negotiate traffic rates,
Follow up on rates in the operational system
Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
Act as the resource person for overseas agents and suppliers.
Work together with the sales team and the Bolloré network.
Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.

 

Profil

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience.

· Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients

· Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver

· Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations

· Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
