Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Importsendungen und Transportaufträgen gemäß unseren Qualitätsanforderungen
- Zollamtliche Abfertigung der Eingangssendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Zollbehörden
- Organisation und Ausarbeitung von Transportlösungen
- Passgenaue Disposition, Avisierung und Fakturierung an unsere Kunden
- Tägliche Korrespondenz mit den Kunden sowie mit unserem weltweiten Netzwerk – vorwiegend in Englisch

 

Profile

Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung - Speditionskauffrau/ Speditionskaufmann
- Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Import wünschenswert, ansonsten erfolgt Einarbeitung durch uns (auch Berufseinsteiger willkommen)
- Routiniert im Umgang mit moderner EDV – MS Office & Co.
- Fließendes Deutsch sowie sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und einer klaren Serviceorientierung
