Mission description

Key Accounts of Aerospace.

A. Key Account Management

A1. Act as Bolloré Logistics main entry point.

A2. Secure approved/preferred vendor status from Key account.

A3. Consolidate and update customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers,

volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic

expectation) and Bolloré Logistics performances.

B. Set Goals

B1. Develop Bolloré Logistics market share and profitability through customer's

operations across the network.

B2. Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring the dedicated sales

team.

B3. Review Bolloré Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been

contracted with customer.

C. Build action plan

C1. Plan and monitor growth with the dedicated network sales team aligned with

customers flows.

C2. Optimize sales awareness and development within network through CRM.

C3. Lead direct actions with identified customer's interlocutors.

C4. Define operational and pricing procedures and exercise authority over agencies

to have them applied.

C5. Plan monthly meeting to pilot growth and sales activities.

D. Lead global tender

D1. Lead global tenders and participate to sign-off with respective parties.

D2. Design and present global tenders to customers with supporting BL functions

and expertise.

D3. Call on corporate steering committee to arbitrate financial, sales or operational

disputes linked to international contract management.

Job scope

Be the country main entry point
Develop Bollore Market share and profitability through customer's operations across the network
Answer / Manage / Secure reactively to the incoming key account inquiries via phone and email providing accurate sales information to clients in cooperation with your RAM
Be proactive by providing alternative solutions (products and services) as available
Perform a follow up contact by email / phone and visit by reporting to RAM
Issue quotation and enter data in Concerto
Be accountable for production of sales report and organize regular meeting with clients to share with them the requested KPI and provide them some corrective actions
Attend sales team meeting on monthly basis and be the active contributor regarding sales target, forecast, reporting on market situation
Promote Malaysia services to the Key Accounts
Develop and provide a professional friendly communication style with the key accounts

 

Profile

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Others or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
