The position reports into the Heathrow offices. The right to work in the UK is required.

Job Purpose:
• Provide appropriate assistance and information to operational implementation teams/branches at commencement of new projects, to include a review and update of the existing Logix Project plan template.

 

Profile

Key responsibilities:
• Analyse requests for new / existing client applications for Bollore LINK track and trace system
• Work with global CBS network to ensure all parties have correct information for setting up client requirements
• Learn and develop Cognos reporting tool to ensure reports are written, scheduled and completed as per client Instructions
• Design implement and manage customer KPI reports
• Analyse network requests for LINK set ups in UK TMS
• Offer enhancement advice on TMS set up to ensure compliance with Client Requirements
• Support EDI projects in liaison with Central CBS
• Development with Paris on internal CBS tools functionality and offer enhancements
• Create and monitor helpdesk calls, both internal and external
• Support as needed in all cases of demand by the business

Minimum Requirements:
• Logistics experience required
• Experience in an ICT environment and an aptitude to learn and use a variety of IT systems
• ICT skills, including Microsoft Office suits
• Cognos
• Tableau or similar management reporting software
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle pressure and good time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm and flexibility
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
