Mission description

Customer Service
• Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
• Allocate and process orders and provide delivery information
• Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints timely
• Input relevant data into Warehouse Management System
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure smooth delivery of goods

Documents and Reports
• Enter cargo movement related to the customer into relevant system.
• Ensure all data entry for inbound and outbound activities are done timely
• Maintain and update records in customer's software system

Specific Activities
• Carrying out any other request made by their manager.



• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service function
