Mission description

Customer Solutions is one of key account of Bollore Logistics (Aid & Relief). Customer Solutions is the procurement agent contracted by the Global Fund to carry out the fulfillment of orders to 30 countries in Africa, Asia and Caribbean for essential medicines and PPE.
Bollore Logistics is acting since June 2020 as Key Logistics Service Provider of Customer Solutions for the transportation via all shipments modes of Healthcare products from/to various origins/destinations across the globe.

• Monitoring the operational flow and overall performance (KPI's)
• Supervising to make sure the execution of files are compliant to Customer solutions SOW & MSA
• Controlling and monitoring the invoices (RFQ rates, quality and timely execution)
• Follow up closely Customer Solutions queries, EDI entries, tracker, RFT dates
• Support Operational Control Tower in India and Bollore origin/destination offices
• Create awareness in Africa related topics
• Organize/attend various internal and external weekly calls (per country, PPE orders, operational challenges...)
• Preparation for meetings and Quarter Business Review (QBR) with Customer Solutions
• Direct reporting to Customer Solutions (Key contact point) - helping solving issues, ensuring to provide the efficient transport plan and bring best solutions, working actively on improving communication towards Customer Solutions / PR's



• Preferably HBO education in logistics or equivalent to experience;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar commercial position;
• Knowledge of air- and ocean freight is a plus;
• Excellent communication and commercial skills;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• Knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Able to perform work independently and take own initiative;
Can work under time pressure and thereby able to set the right priorities;
• You also have a customer and service-oriented attitude, you are solution-oriented, creative and you have a good understanding of figures. Any knowledge on project management and/or project tools are considered a pre;
• Accurate, pro-active, hands-on and problem-solving attitude.
