Mission description

In this challenging and varied position you are the aim for a number of
customers. You process at confirmed and you ensure a correct and timely
operational and administrative handling of shipments. Your processed documents
in accordance with procedures, instructions and rules.

MAIN TASKS
• Complete handling of forwarding files
• Timely and correct booking of transport with subcontractors
• Process data in Bolloré's own developed software system
• Check whether all documents have been prepared and processed correctly
• Checking financial documents
• Administrative handling of shipments
• Early identification of potential problems and proactive measures
• Resolving any disputes that might arise during the execution of the assignment
can arise, independently or in consultation with the team leader
• Contact with customers, carriers and airlines

 

Profile

TRAINING AND SKILLS
• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience as a Forwarder
• In possession of an Airfreight employee certificate or willing to obtain one
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding Dangerous Goods is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Can work well independently but you are also a team player.
• Has good communication skills and can handle stressful situations

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;

• Accurate and solution-oriented
• No 9 to 5 mentality
