Mission description

Bolloré Logistics has launched a global transformation and operational excellence programme: the ONE Project. This project mainly aims to :
- defining standard operational processes that are a reference throughout the Bolloré Logistics global network
- disseminate these standards by deploying Cargo Wise, the new Transport Management System (TMS) and Tranport Order Management - TOM (inhouse) of Bolloré Logistics, in all the subsidiaries of the network.
The ONE Project teams are made up of a central team (50+ FTEs) and relays in the zones and countries.

1. Support ONE Deployment in the network
Support on site / Remote for Gap analysis from Region
Based on the gap analysis between Core model and Country “As Is” situation, reject the gap or propose a solution (write the Change Request and update process)
Test the new solution to check the set up
Update Knowledge database and realize training / communication on this new solution

2. Run (Evolutions and support) after deployment
Based on the feedback of Regions or process control or General Management, analyze the modifications to be done in the process (write the Change Request, update process and test the new solution)
Manage the user support on the business side (level 3 – Central Team)

3. Manage Releases from WiseTech
Go to regular review on update notes: Check Impacts in BL ecosystem and benefits on Business side
Animate meetings with WiseTech
Follow the WiseTech Gap and reply to WiseTech
Test the new release and change the SOP in Knowledge database
Realize training / communication



Technical :
Project experience
5 to 10 years + with a strong experience of Air and Freight Forwarding sector and a good knowledge of TMS
Strong Business process and needs formalization
Fluency in English
Animation of workshop and Training experience

Excellent communication skills
Excellent inter personal skills / Facilitator
Ability to listen and analyze
Methodology and organization driven
Ability to solve problems
