Bolloré Logistics is part of the French Bolloré group. Worldwide Bolloré is in the top 10 of logistics service providers with a worldwide network. Bolloré Logistics Netherlands has locations in Amsterdam (Oude Meer) and Rotterdam and has a strong focus on intercontinental expedition (airfreight and sea freight).

Inside Sales Officer


In this challenging and varied position, you support the commercial developments of Bolloré Logistics Netherlands.

MAIN TASKS
• Qualification and prospecting of new customers;
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations for Bolloré customers;
• Maintaining good contacts with (future) customers;
• Actively approaching new and current prospects by telephone;
• Development of a new customer/client portfolio;
• Follow developments of current customers;
• Preparing reports and analyzing KPIs;
• Respond to tenders;
• Report to the HFO the various daily commercial actions;
• Correct processing of administration and ensuring good data quality in Bolloré's own customer system;
• Complete all sales activities in concerto (intern system).

WORKING TIMES
Working hours start between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM and are somewhat flexible in consultation with the immediate supervisor.

OUR OFFER
Salary will be determined based on age and experience. There will be a bonus
set based according to the objective requested. At Bolloré we provide, next to a nice
international working environment, also good working conditions, including a 13th month,
travel allowance, 6 ADV days and at least 24 vacation days.
A target bonus contract is offered to sales.

Profile

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES
• Preferably HBO education in logistics or equivalent to experience;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar commercial position;
• Knowledge of air- and ocean freight;
• Excellent communication and commercial skills;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• Knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Able to perform work independently and take own initiative;
• Can work under time pressure and thereby able to set the right priorities;
• You also have a customer and service-oriented attitude, you are solution-oriented, creative and you have a good understanding of figures.
