Looking for a person to manage the P&L, Accountability with Overall monitoring of Air Freight operation and customer visit along with sales to provide operation solutions.

 

Profile

P&L: Accountability on P&L of Air Freight
Vendor Management: Working closely with vendors and Airline for operational and service excellence
Team Management and issue resolution
Negotiate rates with carriers locally and support sales to secure business
Follow-ups on SOPs, ensuring shipments are handled as per the set SOP
Sending quotes to Sales, other regions and Overseas
Set process to handle new biz and support sales
OMC Team Report and maintaining dockets through ISO standards
Business strategy and initiative - developing new products
