Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden & Key Accounts
- Kontenabstimmung und Klärung von OP Posten
- Verarbeitung von Zahlungsavisen
- Überwachung und Durchführung des Forderungsmanagements, des Mahnwesens
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung des Rechnungsausgangsprozesses
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Stammdaten
- Kundenbezogene Kontenauswertung und –analyse
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings

 

Profile

Ihre Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder entsprechende Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Sichereren Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel
- Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Arbeitsqualität
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, verbunden mit Teamfähigkeit und einer guten Auffassungsgabe
- Englisch Sprachkenntnisse vorteilhaft
