Job Summary
The WMOS Project Manager manages the Logistics IT project. And provide 2nd tier end-user support.

Manager WMOS & Project
• Manage project plan
• Lead functional and interface design workshop
• Prepare WMOS Function Flow
• Prepare interface specification with mappings
• Prepare specification for reports
• Perform configuration in WMOS
• Conduct key user training
• Perform integration testing
• Support user acceptance test
• Prepare test scenarios
• Perform data migration for existing customer migrating to WMOS
• Provide onsite support for Go-live
• Troubleshoot production issues

Documents and Reports
• Enter inventory movement related to the customer into relevant system
• Ensure all data entry for inbound and outbound activities are done timely
• Maintain and update records in customer's software system

Specific Activities
• Carrying out any other request made by their manager



Basic Skill Level Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of implementation/support experience with Warehouse Management System
• Warehouse Management project experience with a multinational company
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
• Excellent team working skills
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
• Capability to work with transversal / functions teams
• Project management certification is a plus
• Associate's trainings (WMOS2011 and above) is a plus
