Job Summary

This position will be part of the innovation team and will support the Sustainability Manager in implementing climate change strategy & the reduction of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions across our operations with a focus on Buildings.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor GHG Emissions of our buildings, to stay in line with our Climate Change target.
Propose cost-efficient solutions to tackle the largest contributors to our carbon footprint. Then prepare, execute & follow-up on projects / solutions.
Be the key user of IoT tools (EcoStruxure software) to monitor, analyse & anticipate energy consumptions,
Work together with the facility management teams and support them with advises on energy management, procedures & IoT tools usage,
Support data collection & solutions analysis related to energy.
Quality, Health, Safety, Environment

Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

 

Profile

Qualification and Requirement

Bachelor Degree or Master in Engineering, if possible with a specialization on Energy Management, Renewables energy, Environment or similar
Strong interest in environmental issues
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interact with operators and management
Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Proactive and "can-do" attitude
Critical thinking and ability to challenge the status-quo
English speaker, Mandarin is a plus
Good oral and written communication skills
