THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR THIS POSITION

Job Purpose:

• Working as part of a team to carry out the company's objectives.
• Managing the physical material flow, inbound and outbound. This is to be conducted in an efficient manner,
ensuring full control and administration of all areas and correctly transacting all inventory movements on the computerised inventory systems.
• Dealing with first line queries regarding inventory and liaising with the customer or internally to solve inventory queries as they may arise.
• In addition, the operative must maintain a clean, safe and secure working environment within the Civil Aviation Authority and Bollore Quality mandatory regulations.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Control of all goods received, handled and despatched throughout the warehouse and transport system, with special emphasis to compliance and accurate labelling of all goods. This includes all customers within the Treforest warehouse including VAA
• Follow compliance with all ISO, company and legal requirements with special attention to aviation and premises security, health and safety and dangerous goods handling.
• Ensure strict compliance with customer service levels and quality requirements.
• Ensure that all service failures, damage, discrepancies and incidents are acted upon effectively and reported
• Full compliance with warehouse and forecourt image.
• AOG on call rotation required
• Dangerous goods handling, packing and labelling
• Attention to detail is paramount to check documentation received or generated for the purpose of the task at hand.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• Warehouse experience
• Preferably working with the Aviation / healthcare industry
• Computer literacy is a must
• Reach & counterbalance FLT licence
• Candidate will be required to conduct Aviation Security Training
