This position reports into our client site in Duxford. The right to work in the UK is required.

Job Purpose:
• Directly responsible for the client interaction between Hexcel and Bollore
• Managing team based in house at Hexcel Duxford site
• Ensuring all operations are working efficiently
• Development and planning to ensure we are always offering effective solutions to client
• Dealing with multiple Hexcel sites

 

Profile

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Take financial responsibility for both costs and revenue
• Planning and arrangement of international consignments according to client instructions and requirements
• Completion of export documents from start to finish
• Completion of export customs entry to be under various CPC's
• Customs audit based on MSS report
• End to end monitoring of outbound/inbound movements
• Day to day invoicing and job costing
• Month end invoicing and reporting
• Communication with Hexcel sites in UK and Europe
• Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently
• Ensuring we meet company DATA Quality KPI with required tracking information
• Ensuring any PM queries are cleared within KPI timeframe
• Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the site department to ensure consistent and uninterrupted service to the client and their customers
• Administer the operating procedures as defined by the client
• Manage suppliers and the service they provide to us, directly and through the Product Manager
• Customer service is paramount and relationship building is essential from day one
• Any other delegated tasks as deemed reasonable as assigned by the reporting superior








Minimum Requirements:
• Operational knowledge of Seafreight/Road freight/Airfreight- inbound & outbound
• Good ICT skills to include excellent knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Letter of credit experience (Preferred)
• Friendly, calm and professional manner
• Accustomed to working to fixed deadlines and under pressure
• Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated
• Well organized
• Ability to work closely with overseas network, commercial team and branches
• Flexible working hours may be required during busy periods
